A Love Letter to My Friends

A love letter to the loves of my life! ⠀

I woke up this morning with the fullest heart imaginable. I pride myself on the life I’ve created, but truly what I treasure is the life that we have created together. The way our ten stories have neatly dovetailed together to create this unyielding sense of oneness is something to behold. ⠀

Our community! It’s a loose term. Like, we’re not over here having block parties, but it feels like the best word for whatever it is we have. To have cultivated a group of people who are aligned with one another and are connected so deeply through a culture of love and acceptance is incredibly special. ⠀

10 individuals who fell into step on this beautiful walk that is life, celebrating the peaks together and braving the valleys hand in hand.⠀

The more this community expands, the more I find myself shocked by how much my heart can grow. The people beyond our “friend group” who have joined this community have added an immeasurable amount of value to my life and to this group of individuals. ⠀
I’ve said it before, but I have met the loves of my life. My forever people! ⠀

Speaking to my nine friends in particular, (although technically this is a whole letter to them xo): The most incredible women I have ever met in my life. You have imprinted yourselves on my heart and I will be eternally grateful for your existence. Thank you and I love you doesn’t even begin to capture my gratitude for you all. You bring me an irreplaceable sense of serenity in the most troubled times, and have given enough love to one another to last multiple lifetimes. I wish everyone on this planet had what we have here. There is nobody I would rather take on this big messy world with. Let’s take on this next leg of our collective journey like we do everything - hand in hand, full of love and laughter, and documenting it all on a professional camera so we can constantly remind our Instagram followers that we really really like each other and that we photograph well.
